As a private personal training studio, we ensure you’re never just another number. Our semi-private 2-to-1 trainingisn’t just two people doing the same workout—it’s two completely tailored sessions happening at the same time. You get the structure, support, and coaching you need, ensuring your training is focused on your goals.
Our business is built on real results and strong relationships, and we’re here to help you every step of the way.
We offer efficient 30-minute sessions designed to fit your busy lifestyle. Our 2-to-1 training approach means you get individualised coaching while training with a partner, ensuring you get the attention you deserve in every session.
With a wide variety of session times Monday to Saturday, you’ll always find a time that works for you. Plus, members can train at both our Douglas & Ballincollig locations, offering maximum flexibility. And with no expiry dates on memberships, you get great value, redeeming your sessions whenever it suits you.

“I’ve been a member of ATP since Ian and Cian opened it over 8 years ago, and that in itself is a testament to them. From day one, they have always focused on being a unique place, where the personal touch is important. They pass that ethos onto all trainers, and it makes it a great, fun place to be a member.
The large choice of classes between the two gyms allows me to switch things up and try new ones. The trainers adjust exercises to accommodate me, and I attend a mix of classes and one PT session a week. Every trainer is excellent.
Over the years, they’ve helped me through multiple injuries. Believing in me, even when I didn’t believe in myself, and pushing me beyond what I thought was possible. ‘I’m too old’ is not an excuse they’ll accept, and now I’m stronger than ever.
